All RoyalAire service technicians are thoroughly trained on all major HVAC manufacturers’ equipment and available for around the clock service needs.
The RoyalAire Service department has the ability to customize maintenance programs on chilled water, DX systems, cooling towers, process chillers, pump packages, as well as exhaust and make-up air systems.

Our technicians are also available for factory trained equipment start-up. We offer warranty service on a wide variety of HVAC equipment from chillers to VRF and VRV systems.
Our service department offers complete system design assistance, as well as duct and equipment replacement.

Indoor Air Quality Qualifications and Certifications
All work performed by the RoyalAire IAQ team will strictly adhere to the parameters as set forth by the IAQA (Indoor Air Quality
Association) standards and procedures listed in IAQA Document NA PCA ACR 2013.
The RoyalAire Mechanical Services, LLC. IAQ staff consists of certified C.V.I. (Certified Ventilation Inspection), A.S.C.S. (Air Side Cleaning Specialist) technicians and approved CMI (Certified IAQ/Mold Inspectors). All of our technicians are also trained for cleaning of fibrous liner and fiberglass air distribution systems, per NAIMA (North American Insulation Manufacturers) standards.
