RoyalAire Mechanical Services, Inc. excels in commercial, institutional, and industrial mechanical applications. We can provide full service design/build, design assist, schematic budgeting and logistics planning. Additionally, we provide the ability to service the systems we install with our service division. The service division services systems from chilled water to refrigeration systems through service contracts, preventative maintenance agreements and on call service repairs. Indoor air quality testing and duct cleaning are handled in the service division as well.
 

History 
Established originally in 1987, RoyalAire is a full service Mechanical contractor with sheet metal, piping, and service capabilities. Located in Oldsmar Florida, RoyalAire services west central Florida and select Florida counties. The assets of RoyalAire Mechanical, Inc. were purchased by RoyalAire Holdings, a group of established local HVAC professionals in 2006. RoyalAire continues to service it clients with the same professionalism and craftsmanship since its initial inception.
