This project was a third floor build out, consisting of 26,000 square feet of the existing patient tower. This project included 40 bed PCU and isolation rooms, nursing stations, and ancillary spaces. A new air handling unit and hot water constant volume boxes were added; as well as complete duct, hydronic and plumbing piping and fixtures. This project utilized BIM modeling and was accomplished with working on floors above and below the subject space. The project was accomplished using the LEEN delivery method.
